How to Reserve​

You are responsible for making your own reservation by calling the hotel directly at +52 998-129-4879 or by clicking the button below, which will take you to our private reservation page.  ​When booking, an email address is requested. You will also be asked to provide a credit card to guarantee the reservation.  But you will not be charged at the time of booking.

​Cancellations​​​

• Cancellations should be made by contacting the Hotel Reservations Department at +52 998-129-4879 and obtaining a cancellation number.

• Cancellations received 3 or more days prior to arrival are without penalty. 

• No-shows and early departures will not incur a penalty. Please notify the hotel as soon as possible if you will not be arriving on your designated arrival date.  Also, please notify the hotel at check-in if you plan to depart before your designated departure date.

Notes​

• The bridge rate is available until April 26, 2027, while supplies last. A limited number of rooms are available at the special bridge rate, so early reservation is recommended.​​

• Upgrades from the room types provided on the reservation page will not receive the bridge rate. ​

• If you have any special requests, such as dietary preferences, number of beds, or room location, or if you need a walk-in shower or accessible room, please make your request on the reservation form in the area provided for comments/requests.
